WatchKorea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency. Runs Korea's trade offices abroad (Madrid among them) and the Invest KOREA inward-investment arm.

The desk's standing view: KOTRA is the corridor's most useful public institution and its most misread. It is not a dealmaker; it is a door. Its Madrid office arranges meetings, hosts delegations and certifies that a Spanish counterparty is real, which in Korea is worth more than it sounds.
For Spanish firms entering Korea, KOTRA's inward-investment arm can secure incentives and a first contact. It cannot close a contract.
