Standing view
The desk's standing view: Korean shipbuilding is in the strongest order position since 2008, and the yards are choosing work. That changes the relationship with European marine-equipment suppliers: the yards need engines, cargo-handling, electrical and fuel systems for green ships faster than the Korean supply base can deliver.
European suppliers with type approval for methanol or ammonia fuel systems have a window measured by the current order book, not by the decade.
